All installations are completed by our sister company LR ELECTRICAL who are NICEIC registered.
What to expect once installation is complete
Once installation is complete you will receive a hand over pack from our support team, this includes product warranties and the one-year workmanship warranty covered by LR RENEWABLES.
What do LR RENEWABLES do in the event of a system/installation fault?
All our installations come with a 1-year workmanship warranty, meaning you have our support for a year from the date of installation. This support covers all technical support over the phone and email, guidance with software/apps and site visits may they be required.
What locations do we cover?
We currently have installation teams covering England and Wales; we work on a 2-3 week turn around on all installations.
Product and system compatibility
If at any point you are unsure on what you are looking for or just need some guidance, you can email @ sales@lr-renewables.co.uk or call us using 0800 1560 191. We may ask for some pictures of your current set up or the electrical mains in the property and advise on the most compatible products that will work for you.
Do LR RENEWABLES complete a survey before an installation?
Once your order is placed a member of our support team will contact you to complete a remote survey form. We document this information and pass it on to the installation team prior to your installation date to ensure a smooth and successful install. If for any reason you cannot complete a remote survey, we can book in for one of our installers to complete an on-site survey prior to your install date.
